How quick will I see results from Fitcave’s personal training?

At Fitcave Studio, we focus exclusively on private personal training. We do not offer memberships, gym access walk-ins, or group classes.

Do you offer progress reviews?
Certainly! We provide regular progress reviews through weekly check-ins. These sessions are an opportunity to regroup, evaluate your progress, and discuss any adjustments needed.
We’ll review your achievements, address any challenges, and go over the ‘out-of-the-gym’ tasks assigned by your coach. This comprehensive approach ensures that you stay on track and continue to make meaningful strides towards your fitness goals.
How can I maximize my results with Fitcave Studio?
Great question! Success with Fitcave Studio truly comes down to teamwork between you and your coach. It’s essential to make the most of your time and apply what you learn beyond your sessions.
Think of it this way: Out of the 168 hours in a week, you’ll only spend 2-3 hours with us. That leaves over 160 hours for you to manage on your own. This is where the real value of having a coach comes into play. The guidance you receive extends beyond your gym sessions and also into those crucial 160+ hours.
While many people think a coach is just for showing you how to use equipment, but embracing this comprehensive and complete support will help you achieve the best results and make a lasting change!

Is there parking available at the studio?
Yes, there is plenty of public parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you park in designated spaces managed by MPAJ and make the necessary payment to avoid any issues.
Alternatively, you can use the parking at Melawati Mall, which is just a 3-4 minute walk from our studio.
Can I bring my own trainer to Fitcave Studio?
No, our studio operates as a private personal training facility, and all personal training services are exclusively provided by our in-house trainers.
Health and Safety
How do you handle clients with pre-existing health conditions?
Even though we’ve had great success helping clients to improve their health conditions, obtaining your doctor’s approval is our foremost priority before commencing any training.
Our trainers are well-qualified to collaborate with your healthcare providers, including doctors, physical therapists, physiotherapists, and chiropractors, to address and manage your specific health concerns effectively.
Additionally, you will be assigned to a senior coach with extensive experience in handling clients with pre-existing health conditions. Therefore, it is very important to inform us about your condition in your inquiry form before you begin.

Are there any health restrictions for joining Fitcave Studio?
