Idraki Idrus
About the coach
Idraki’s path to becoming a personal trainer started from his own solo ventures into weight training. With no coach to guide him, he immersed himself in books, sought advice from seasoned athletes, and learned through trial and error—including overcoming injuries and making significant progress. These years of self-taught discipline evolved into a passion for teaching and helping others. Today, Idraki thrives on educating friends and clients alike, aiming to make their fitness journeys smoother and more rewarding than his own.
Idraki specializes in hypertrophy, strength and conditioning (S&C), and rehabilitation. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients not only build strength and muscle but also maintain balance and recover properly to stay healthy and injury-free.
One of Idraki’s proudest achievements as a personal trainer is seeing his clients adopt fitness as a lifestyle. It’s rewarding for him to watch the transformation of his clients not just physically, but also in their daily habits and long-term health goals.
Idraki believes that being a good listener is the most crucial trait for a personal trainer. Understanding clients’ needs and starting points allows him to create effective, tailored programs that yield strategic progress.
For those just embarking on their fitness journey, Idraki offers this advice: “Start now, be disciplined, make it a lifestyle, enjoy and trust the process.” He emphasizes that fitness is a lifelong commitment that requires patience, dedication, and enjoyment at every step.
