About the coach
Ilham’s fitness journey kicked off in a local gym right after high school. As he started shaping up, both friends and strangers began asking for tips and training. Teaching them and seeing their transformations sparked his passion for personal training.
Ilham’s training philosophy is all about pushing to your limits. He believes in challenging his clients to exceed their expectations and reach their full potential.
His proudest moments come when clients achieve the results they’ve dreamed of. Ilham says, “If they’re happy, I’m even happier!” His enthusiasm and genuine joy for his clients’ success are what make training sessions with him so rewarding.
Ilham stresses that the most crucial quality for a personal trainer is knowledge. In the fitness world, learning never stops. He’s committed to continually updating his expertise to provide the best guidance possible.
For beginners just starting their fitness journey, Ilham advises, “Don’t be shy or hesitant to ask for professional advice. Every skill starts with learning, and every learner needs a teacher. Remember, it’s better to ask and learn than to lose your way.”
